Product Substituting
We reserve the right to substitute products on occasion of equal or greater value. Substitutions will not change quality of your basket selection.
Chocolate
During the summer we may substitute chocolate in gift baskets traveling further distances. At our discretion some gift baskets may be packed with an ice pack. However, we are not responsible for melted chocolates or softened products do to heat. Chocolates may be placed in the fridge to return to their original state.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before your gift is shipped or up to 24 hours from the time of order (which ever of the two comes first). Canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Order Processing
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed prior to shipping. For larger (corporate etc.) orders please allow 3-4 business days for preparation prior to shipping. Orders are processed through our secure online processing and are encrypted through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
You may pay for your order using your Visa or Mastercard. Cash and Debit are accepted at our store.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Due to health and safety reasons, gift baskets containing food products cannot be returned or exchanged. |
