Substitution Policy:Occasionally, we make changes to our inventory based on product availability, we reserve the right to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value. *We cannot ship chocolate during the summer months (May-Sept); appropriate substitutions for chocolate items will be made.* Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using items of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.
